Hi guys!

Seeing as September has started and some of you might be anxiously waiting for your pins, I wanted to give you all another quick update!

I'm having regular contact with my manufacturer and by now, most pins are done and only a last few are still being colored and plated. It's taking a little longer than expected, which I apologise for, but I'd rather they do a good job and take their time than rush through it. 

I'll definitely keep everyone in the loop about the progress and I'm still hoping to ship them out mid September.

For now, here's some more manu pictures and a glimpse of the stickers :D

Hi guys!

Seeing as we're approaching the end of August, I wanted to send out another update about the pins and shipping times. I got an update from my manufacturer last week that the pins have been made and are now being colored in. I've received a few sample pictures and I'm really excited! Can't wait till I'll be able to ship these out to everyone!

I've requested another update and hope to get one shortly. Due to the large quantity of pins they are unable to give a specific shipping date, but they have promised to keep me in the loop. I'm optimistic I'll be able to ship these out to you shortly, probably early to mid September :) As soon as I receive them I am ready to start grading and shipping asap! :D

Hi everyone!

It's been a while since I posted an update, so I thought I would let you know that everything is still going according to schedule :) 

The pins are still in production, there's a lot of them and a lot more than I had anticipated to make ^^. However my manufacturer is doing his best to follow my deadline and is very communicative about the process! Once I get some sample pictures, I will def share them with you :)

Once production is complete, they are shipped with FedEx, so it usually arrives within a few business days. I'll then get to grading and packing with the help of my fiancé, I've booked some time off work to complete everything as soon as possible! As soon as I get some sample pictures or they are getting shipped to me I'll definitely post another update!

Don't forget you're free to change your shipping address until I start shipping, and you'll receive a final warning before I start shipping so you can make sure addresses are still correct.

SURVEY reminder + funds received

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to give a quick update that kickstarter has transfered the funds to my account! 

There's still 15% of surveys that haven't been completed. I'm just waiting on the final surveys to start production, so I know how much I'll need and I'm sure to order enough :) Some of these are big pledges and can make a big difference in the total of pins needed.

If you haven't completed the survey yet, please do it at your earliest convenience :) Thank you!

SURVEYS are being sent + COMBINED SHIPPING

Hi everyone,

Sorry for the delay, it took some time to get the approval from Backerkit for the surveys so I had to wait a bit longer than expected. BUT surveys are now being sent out to everyone through Backerkit! You should receive your survey in the next few hours. 

If you can, please fill it out as fast as possible so I can get an estimate of how many pins to order and I can place the order already :) Thanks!

SURVEYS?

You will receive a seperate mail from Fluff 'n Tuff with a subject 'Response needed - Get your reward...'. In the mail you'll find a link to Backerkit where you can fill out your Survey. I'm using the Backerkit tool because it's quick and easy plus it allows you to add more to your pledge last minute if you missed out on anything!

When you click on the link in the mail, you'll be redirected to the Backerkit tool. I'll quickly run you through the steps just in case it's not clear, and if you encounter any problems feel free to get in touch!

STEP 1: Pledge overview

You'll see all your pledge information here. Please select your country and click to continue.

STEP 2: Selecting your pins

On the right side you'll find the choices you need to make for your pin level. Select the different choices by clicking them and then choose the pin you want on the left side. After you've selected one for each question, a button will appear to continue 'Next: Add-ons'.

STEP 3: Choice overview + Optional addons 

On the right side you'll see the choices you've made for your pledge level combined with your shipping. If you didn't pledge for anything extra, your balance will be €0 because your pledge is already paid for. If you have balance left over because you pledged more, you'll now be able to select your extra pins/stickers/tracked shipping in the addon shop on the left side. 

If your balance is €0 but you would still like to add some more, just click on the items you want in the add-on shop on the left and the price will be added to your balance.

Here's an example of your balance when you have no extra add-ons:

If you do add extra's, it'll look like this:

Step 4: Shipping info

When you click next, you'll be asked to enter your shipping information. After that's done, you're pretty much done as well! Just click next to confirm everything, pay any outstanding balance you might have from add-ons and i'll receive the survey all filled out!
